We offer a refund within the first 30 days of the purchase made by international credit card. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, a refund will not be offered.

If any of If your customers complain in any way about your services, Paygol will use commercially reasonable efforts to redirect them to you and / or your customer services in the hope that this will help resolve such disputes.

We will put all disputed transactions on hold until both the merchant and the buyer can reach an agreement.

If chargebacks or refund requests occur too frequently, we will be forced to charge additional administrative fees or restrict merchant services.

In the case of a chargeback, refund or return of funds, Paygol may apply handling and / or administration fees.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Depending on the conditions of each seller, a refund can be requested when the product received does not meet the characteristics mentioned at the time of sale.
  • The product should not have been used.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the characteristics of the product, to be able to counter with the proof of the counterparty.
  • The refund must be for the full amount, we do not make partial refunds.

Exempt Assets

  • Gift cards (gif cards).
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Fees related to the use of our services


  • Please, to request a refund, contact your financial institution or, failing that, the provider of the payment method in your country.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee money back as proof of both parties must be disputed.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. You can take some time before your refund is officially posted.
